This four day course has been designed to help with the necessary skills, knowledge and self-awareness needed in order to deliver training courses with competence and confidence. Participants will explore and expand their understanding of how different behaviours can affect individuals in a group by looking at group dynamics. Trainers also give participants the opportunity to deliver two practice sessions and to practice giving and receiving feedback.
